Flower Child

It may be the 1st of December tomorrow, but I would rather have vases of fresh flowers scattered around my house than a Christmas tree. I wish that Amy Merrick could grace my home with her beautiful bouquets.

Jingle Bells!

XMAS
Oh i wish it could be Christmas all year round!

The festive spirit is now upon me in full force. The office Christmas party is mere weeks away, my shopping list is steadily being ticked off and I have even tasted my first mince pie of the season! I have been compiling Christmas wish lists, both of completely unrealistic and obtainable items. Here is a mix of goodies that I would love to find wrapped up under the tree on Christmas morning. Any family and friends reading this - take note!

Autumn Leaves

Nothing depicts the feeling of Autumn quite so beautifully as these photographs of Hannah taken by Agnes Thor. Tumbling red hair set amongst intensely colourful trees makes for truly breath-taking images. I'm currently feeling inspired to take my camera and hunt for the most spectacular autumn leaves that I can find to prance amongst. Any other redheads fancy getting involved?

A weekend in the countryside

This past weekend was spent with friends in my boyfriends's parents country cottage in Cumbria. Cosy nights in playing board games, drinking in local pubs and walking alongside rivers and amongst waterfalls. Idyllic.

Gone til November

A crisp, sunny Sunday off work called for a day trip to Blackpool with my boyfriend and our cameras. We explored underneath the North Pier, walked down the promenade to find fish and chips and shot photographs and videos on the beach as the sun set. When it begun to feel chilly, we ventured onto the Central Pier to indulge in arcade games, watch a flock of starlings create patterns in the sky and watch children scream on fairground rides, as the sun concluded its descent.

The Monster Mash!

Halloween weekend was celebrated with a 'no-costumes-but-plenty-of-decorations' flatwarming party for two of my friends.
