There's something about this photograph that I love. I need to get my hands on some bright orange nail varnish and the perfect grey jumper. Every now and again I get bored of the print, pattern, fuss and frills clogging up my wardrobe and feel the urge to purchase simple, basic items of clothing. All this jumper needs to add a splash of personality is a shot of colour and a mis-match of subtle jewellery.

I feel the same recently. The frilly, overly patterned, badly fitting portion of my wardrobe is now languishing in several plastic bags. It's strange, because I find that they suit me better, the plainer colours, and paler tones. Accessorizing is always more fun this way too.
