She's got Flare!

Possibly the best street style shot I've seen this fashion week. Effortless chic at it's best. A lesson in how to carry off the trends (70s, check. Shirt, check.) without looking like you have tried too hard and whilst maintaining a casual style which turns heads. Definately a look I want to imitate.
