Warning! This post contains an excessive amount of images featuring highly desirable clothing. It is guaranteed to make you want to dress like an exquisite Russian beauty.

It is near impossible to pick favourites from this collection, but I guess that the look that would most easily fit into my current aesthetic is the floor-sweeping full chiffon skirt worn with a snug-fitting plain tee-shirt. I can only dream of purchasing/owning/wearing Seergenko's entire collection.

Has there ever been a more exquisite collection of pretty dresses and stunning photographs than Dream & Awake?

It's probably not a coincidence that two of my all-time favourite photographers, Lina Scheynius and Lucasz Wierzbowski have both shot numerous collections of photographs for the website.

LONELY DOT

I stumbled across this awesome website concept when browsing the LA-pastel-pretty Wildfox blog.

As part of brand-spanking-new website, LONELY DOT, Kimberley Gordon of Wildfox has teamed up with her gal-pal Janell Shirtcliff for a project entitled BUY A TICKET. The two girls purchase 'random tickets to random places' and document their trip in a fun-fueled alternative travel guide. The first edition SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE reviews where to eat/drink/shop for vintage through a series of photographs that make you want to hop on the next flight to Seattle.

Lonely Dot.com does not appear to be live just yet, but anything described (by Kimberley) as :

"a website showcasing vintage shopping, awesome career girls, photographers and photoshoots"

is worth waiting for!

Oh, and to top it off, all of the vintage clothing purchased on the trips will be available to buy on the website!

Spring

After an amazing week of bike rides, picnics, BBQs, dining outdoors and spotting the first sprigs of cherry blossom - a dull, dismal FREEZING cold afternoon spent snuggled up indoors, catching up on my blog reading.

Grazia and Raoul Spring/Summer 12 Presentation at Flannels Spinningfields

Last Thursday, I had the pleasure of attending a Raoul fashion show at the Flannels Spinningfields store in Manchester. After a reception of tasty canapes from Cafe Istanbul and beautiful Tennessee Rose and Apple Jazz cocktails courtesy of Southern Eleven, stunning summery outfits were paraded down the runway. As we drooled over the clothes, Charlie Miller, Grazia’s Executive Fashion and Beauty Director and Joy Yaffe, International Brand Consultant representing Raoul discussed the new seasons key trends.

Tim Adam - It's in the bag

I love these vivid images featuring beautiful bags by Tim Adam.. Hailing from Portland, Oregan (which is pretty near the top of my 'Places I want to visit on a future American road trip' list), Adam creates simple, casual canvas backpacks. These photos were taken whilst he was visiting Cape Town, sourcing unique fabrics. The bright colours and simple styling are perfect summer inspiration.

I just came across the photography talent that is Katie Eleanor and had to share her work with you. Katie creates beautiful 'dreamscapes' with delectable names including 'sea-salt' and 'the petal circus'. Her double exposures are the stuff that dreams are made of.
